Welcome to our "Top of the Hill Labs" blog - an opportunity for us to share about life with our labs on our farm in Northwest Ohio.
We are expecting a litter of Labrador Retriever Puppies yet this winter from our chocolate labs - Gracie and Maverick. It's been nearly a year since we've had any puppies and we're so excited to share the news! And now, to meet the parents . . .
Gracie
is our 5-year old chocolate lab. She is expecting her fourth
litter of puppies on January 3, 2013 . Gracie is a beautiful lab with a
great temperament. She did an amazing job raising her first litters of
puppies and we look forward to meeting her litter yet this winter!
The sire of this litter is our chocolate male, Maverick. Maverick is a 2 1/2 year old male with a very mellow temperament. He is a large dog with a thick, brown coat and a blocky head. We can't wait to see the pups we get from this litter
